Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ardesign FB Monitoring collects, uses, stores, and protects information when an authorized user connects a Facebook account and manages Facebook Pages.
1. Information we process
Depending on the permissions granted through Meta, the application may process:
- Facebook user ID, display name, and account connection status.
- Facebook Page IDs, Page names, Page pictures, Page tasks, and Page access tokens.
- Reels media, captions, schedules, publishing status, post IDs, and error details.
- Comments on managed Page content, comment IDs, comment text, moderation status, and related webhook events.
- Telegram bot configuration and chat ID when Telegram notifications are enabled.
- Technical logs required to diagnose failed uploads, expired permissions, and webhook delivery.
2. How information is used
Information is used only to provide features requested by the authorized operator, including connecting Facebook Pages, scheduling and publishing Reels, managing comments, detecting failed activity, synchronizing Page access, and sending operational notifications.
3. Tokens and security
Access tokens and configured secrets are encrypted before they are stored by the application. Access is restricted to the application operator. No security method is perfect, and users remain responsible for protecting the computer, server, Meta account, Telegram bot, and credentials used with the application.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information is not sold. Data may be transmitted to Meta Platform APIs to perform requested Facebook Page actions, and to Telegram when the operator enables Telegram notifications. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data when the application is hosted on their systems.
5. Data retention
Data is retained while the connected account or Page is actively managed, and for as long as operational logs are needed. The operator may disconnect a Facebook account, remove a Page, delete schedules and media, or request full deletion using the instructions below.
6. User choices and deletion
Users may revoke the application's Meta access through Facebook settings, disconnect the account inside the application, or follow the User Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Children's privacy
The application is intended for authorized business and Page operators and is not directed to children.
8. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when application features, permissions, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
