Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Ardesign FB Monitoring. By using the application, the operator agrees to these Terms.
1. Authorized use
The application may be used only for Facebook accounts and Pages the operator is authorized to manage. The operator must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook policies, applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and anti-spam rules.
2. Account responsibility
The operator is responsible for securing Facebook credentials, access tokens, App Secret values, Telegram bot credentials, hosting systems, and local devices. Credentials must not be shared publicly.
3. Content and scheduling
The operator remains solely responsible for uploaded media, captions, comments, publishing schedules, audience targeting, and all content posted through the application. The application does not guarantee that Meta will accept, publish, distribute, or retain any post or comment.
4. Service availability
Features depend on Meta APIs, granted permissions, Page tasks, access-token validity, network connectivity, Telegram availability, and the application backend remaining online. Service may be interrupted by third-party changes or technical failures.
5. Prohibited activity
The application must not be used for unauthorized access, deceptive behavior, harassment, spam, malware, rights infringement, policy evasion, or manipulation of platform systems.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that publishing, comments, webhooks, notifications, or third-party services will always work without interruption or error.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when use creates security, legal, platform-policy, or operational risk. The operator may stop using the application and request deletion at any time.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application or applicable platform requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
